3-4 weeks

Design the technical architecture, data flows, governance controls, and change management roadmap. We’ll ensure this fits with your existing constraints and long term strategy.

Implementation

4-16 weeks

Embed ourselves in your operations to drive change, build the required digital & AI processes and involve key workstream PICs. We’ll use an Agile delivery methodology with continuous feedback loops on a 2-week cadence.

Front-line training and enablement

During Implementation
