Still on the fence?

This engagement is a good fit when…

  • • You need actual AI engineering support to implement the roadmap.
  • • You want a technical implementation that gives short-term results but also is architecturally sound to grow the solution on the long run.
  • • You are comfortable having us embed ourselves in parts of your operation to build and iterate as we go.

This engagement is not the right fit when...

  • • You already work with a vendor and want a second opinion. For this, consider our Fractional AI advisory services.

Frequently asked questions

Can you implement work that started elsewhere?

Yes. We can start from an existing roadmap, pilot, or use case, but we will still validate the value case, workflow design, technical feasibility, and control requirements before pushing forward.

Does this mean Keystone One builds everything directly?

It depents. We can build directly, coordinate specialists, work alongside your internal team, or work with an existing vendor. What matters is keeping the business outcome, workflow design, and execution accountability connected.

How is this different from the AI Value Creation workshop?

The workshop is a 1-day session to help leadership prioritize and decide where to act. The Implementation engagement usually follows the workshop to design and deliver the actual solution.

What do you measure success against?

Against the business objective that justified the work in the first place, using operational and financial indicators appropriate to the workflow and adoption cycle.
