Fractional AI Advisory
Get senior AI judgment without hiring a full-time executive.
For organizations running several AI programs and needing ongoing senior advisory across business, technology, and vendor decisions.
Discuss a fractional engagementWhen an AI Fractional Advisory engagement can help you
You need ongoing prioritization and governance, but not another full-time executive hire.
The CEO, board, CIO, or CTO is receiving conflicting recommendations and needs independent judgment.
Vendors are shaping the roadmap by default because no one inside is challenging assumptions strongly enough.
How our AI Fractional Advisor can help you
Help shape but also challenge your portfolio of AI initiatives to ensure they create business value.
Review business cases, vendor proposals, delivery progress, and risk exposure.
Support leadership and board decisions with clearer prioritization and challenge.
Help decide what to stop, continue, revise, or scale across the AI agenda.
How the engagement works
Step 1
Establish the baseline
We align with leadership on the business goals of the AI portfolio of activities and assess execution gaps.
Step 2
Review, guide and challenge
We review AI roadmaps, vendor proposals, internal capability, implementation progress and potential risks as the work evolves.
Step 3
Provide ongoing decision support
We provide second opinions and insights to leadership to make the right decisions related to AI roll out, vendors, etc.
Step 4
Keep the portfolio moving
We provide both organizational design and engineering guidance on what / how things should move ahead.

Still on the fence?
This engagement is a good fit when…
- • You need ongoing senior direction, prioritization, and challenge over an existing AI agenda / portfolio of activities.
- • Leaders need independent judgment across vendors, delivery choices, and governance decisions.
- • The business needs someone to connect strategy, implementation progress, and risk without another full-time hire.
This engagement is not the right fit when...
- • You want a generic strategy project but no ongoing decision involvement.
- • You want prompt training or a technical education on AI.
- • You want a substitute for organization-wide implementation work.
